Company Rules | BR & G Contractor Construction Service

1. Applicability

These rules apply to all employees, contractors, technicians, supervisors, labourers, and any person working under BR & G Contractor Construction Service, at all project sites and offices.

2. Safety Rules (Mandatory)

Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as helmet, safety shoes, gloves, and harness is compulsory.
No worker shall operate machinery or tools without proper training.
Unsafe acts, shortcuts, or ignoring safety instructions are strictly prohibited.
All site safety instructions issued by supervisors must be followed.

3. Alcohol, Drugs & Prohibited Substances

Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances at the workplace or during working hours is strictly prohibited.
Presence at the site under the influence of alcohol or drugs is a serious violation.
Any accident occurring under such influence will be the sole responsibility of the individual.
The company will not provide any compensation, medical support, or liability coverage in such cases.

4. Accident & Personal Responsibility

Construction work involves inherent risks; all workers must remain alert.
Accidents caused due to negligence, carelessness, or violation of rules shall not be the responsibility of the company.
Workers must immediately report any injury or unsafe condition to the supervisor.

5. Discipline & Workplace Conduct

Misbehavior, fighting, abuse, or disrespect towards supervisors, clients, or co-workers is not allowed.
Theft, damage to property, or misuse of tools/materials will lead to strict disciplinary action.
Mobile phone usage during work is restricted unless permitted by supervisors.

6. Attendance & Work Responsibility

Workers must report on time as per assigned schedule.
Absence without prior information may result in wage deduction or termination.
Leaving the worksite without permission is not allowed.

7. Termination & Removal from Site

BR & G Contractor Construction Service reserves the right to immediately remove or terminate any worker, contractor, or technician for violation of these rules, without prior notice.

8. Acceptance of Rules

By working with BR & G Contractor Construction Service, all individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to follow these company rules strictly.

Company Support in Case

If any accident occurs at the worksite purely due to the proven mistake, negligence, or failure on the part of BR & G Contractor Construction Service, the company will provide reasonable support as follows:

Immediate first-aid and necessary medicines
Hospital expenses limited to one (1) day only
Compensation as decided solely by company management

This support will be provided only after internal verification and approval by company authorities.

The above support will NOT be applicable if the accident occurs due to:

Alcohol or drug consumption
Negligence, carelessness, or violation of safety rules
Unauthorized work or disobedience of supervisor instructions
Personal health conditions or misconduct

The company’s decision in such matters shall be final and binding.

1. लागू होने की सीमा

ये नियम BR & G Contractor Construction Service के अंतर्गत काम करने वाले सभी कर्मचारी, ठेकेदार, तकनीशियन, सुपरवाइज़र और मजदूरों पर लागू होते हैं, चाहे कार्य स्थल कोई भी हो।

2. सुरक्षा नियम (अनिवार्य)

काम के दौरान हेलमेट, सेफ्टी जूते, दस्ताने और सेफ्टी बेल्ट पहनना अनिवार्य है।
बिना प्रशिक्षण के कोई भी मशीन या उपकरण चलाना मना है।
सुरक्षा नियमों की अनदेखी या शॉर्टकट अपनाना सख्त मना है।
साइट सुपरवाइज़र के निर्देशों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है।

3. शराब, नशा और प्रतिबंधित पदार्थ

कार्य स्थल पर या कार्य समय के दौरान शराब या किसी भी प्रकार का नशा सख्त मना है।
नशे की हालत में साइट पर आना गंभीर अपराध माना जाएगा।
नशे की हालत में दुर्घटना होने पर उसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी संबंधित व्यक्ति की होगी।
ऐसी स्थिति में कंपनी किसी भी प्रकार का मुआवज़ा या इलाज खर्च नहीं देगी।

4. दुर्घटना और व्यक्तिगत जिम्मेदारी

निर्माण कार्य जोखिम भरा होता है, इसलिए सभी को सतर्क रहना आवश्यक है।
लापरवाही या नियम तोड़ने से हुई दुर्घटना के लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
किसी भी चोट या खतरे की तुरंत सूचना सुपरवाइज़र को दें।

5. अनुशासन और व्यवहार

लड़ाई-झगड़ा, गाली-गलौच या बदतमीज़ी सख्त मना है।
चोरी, तोड़फोड़ या सामग्री का गलत उपयोग गंभीर अपराध है।
काम के समय मोबाइल फोन का उपयोग बिना अनुमति के मना है।

6. उपस्थिति और कार्य जिम्मेदारी

समय पर कार्य स्थल पर उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य है।
बिना सूचना अनुपस्थित रहने पर मजदूरी काटी जा सकती है या काम से हटाया जा सकता है।
बिना अनुमति साइट छोड़ना मना है।

7. कार्य से हटाना

नियमों का उल्लंघन करने पर BR & G Contractor Construction Service को अधिकार है कि वह बिना पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी व्यक्ति को कार्य स्थल से हटा सके।

8. नियमों की स्वीकृति

BR & G Contractor Construction Service के साथ काम करने वाला प्रत्येक व्यक्ति यह स्वीकार करता है कि उसने इन नियमों को पढ़ लिया है, समझ लिया है और उनका पालन करेगा।

कंपनी सहायता

यदि कार्य स्थल पर कोई दुर्घटना केवल BR & G Contractor Construction Service की सिद्ध गलती या लापरवाही के कारण होती है, तो कंपनी निम्नलिखित सीमित सहायता प्रदान करेगी:

तुरंत प्राथमिक उपचार और आवश्यक दवाइयाँ
अस्पताल का खर्च केवल एक (1) दिन तक
कंपनी प्रबंधन द्वारा तय किया गया मुआवज़ा

यह सहायता कंपनी द्वारा की गई आंतरिक जांच और प्रबंधन की अनुमति के बाद ही दी जाएगी।

निम्न स्थितियों में यह सहायता लागू नहीं होगी:

शराब या किसी भी प्रकार के नशे की स्थिति में
नियमों की अनदेखी, लापरवाही या गलती से
सुपरवाइज़र के निर्देशों का पालन न करने पर
व्यक्तिगत बीमारी या गलत व्यवहार के कारण

इस संबंध में कंपनी का निर्णय अंतिम और मान्य होगा।
