These terms govern the use of BR & G Contractor Construction Service.
Accessing this website implies full acceptance of these terms.
Terms apply to all clients, contractors, technicians, labour, and visitors.
BR & G reserves the right to modify terms at any time.
Services include shuttering, soil filling, technician & labour supply.
BR & G is not a real estate developer.
Service execution depends on agreed scope and site conditions.
Clients must provide accurate site and project information.
Site access must be provided on agreed schedules.
Changes in scope must be communicated in advance.
Delays due to client-side issues are not BR & G’s liability.
Contractors must follow site rules and safety instructions.
Use of alcohol or drugs at site is strictly prohibited.
Valid identification is mandatory for all workforce.
Safety equipment usage is compulsory.
BR & G promotes a zero-accident policy.
Clients must ensure safe working conditions.
Emergency protocols must be followed.
Payments must follow agreed milestones.
Advance payments may be required.
Delayed payments may result in work suspension.
Taxes apply as per Indian law.
Refunds depend on work completion stage.
Reports are provided for transparency.
Reports do not replace statutory certificates.
Weather or force majeure may affect timelines.
BR & G is not liable for such delays.
Website content is intellectual property of BR & G.
Unauthorized copying is prohibited.
Client information is kept confidential.
Contractors must not misuse client data.
Services may be terminated for rule violations.
Pending payments remain payable after termination.
BR & G is not liable for indirect damages.
Liability is limited to service value.
Disputes should be resolved amicably.
Indian law governs these terms.
Haryana courts have jurisdiction.
Invalid clauses do not affect others.
These terms form the complete agreement.

6A. Accident During Work

BR & G Contractor Construction Service follows standard safety practices and provides instructions for safe working conditions. However, construction work involves inherent risks.

In the event of any accident, injury, disability, or death occurring at the worksite due to negligence, carelessness, or failure to follow safety instructions by any employee, labourer, technician, or contractor, the company shall not be held responsible for compensation beyond what is legally mandated.

All workers are advised to strictly follow safety rules, use protective equipment (PPE), and comply with site instructions at all times.

6B. Alcohol, Drugs & Prohibited Substances

Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances during working hours or presence at the workplace under the influence of such substances is strictly prohibited.

If any accident, injury, damage, or loss occurs while an employee, labourer, technician, or contractor is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, BR & G Contractor Construction Service shall not be liable for any compensation, medical expenses, or damages.

Such individuals may be immediately removed from the site and their services terminated without notice.

6C. Personal Responsibility & Medical Fitness

All workers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to perform their assigned duties. The company shall not be responsible for any health-related issues arising due to pre-existing medical conditions.

Workers must inform supervisors of any illness, injury, or condition that may affect safe working.

6D. Damage, Misconduct & Negligence

Any damage to client property, tools, materials, or equipment caused due to negligence, misconduct, or unauthorized actions by workers shall be the sole responsibility of the individual involved.

The company reserves the right to recover costs or take disciplinary action if required.

6E. No Guarantee of Continuous Employment

Engagement of contractors, technicians, and labour is based on project requirements. BR & G Contractor Construction Service does not guarantee continuous or permanent employment unless stated in a written agreement.

6F. Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India only.

By engaging with BR & G Contractor Construction Service, all employees, contractors, and members acknowledge and accept these terms voluntarily and agree that the company shall not be held liable for incidents arising from individual negligence, misconduct, or violation of rules.

Company Support in Case

If any accident occurs at the worksite purely due to the proven mistake, negligence, or failure on the part of BR & G Contractor Construction Service, the company will provide reasonable support as follows:

Immediate first-aid and necessary medicines
Hospital expenses limited to one (1) day only
Compensation as decided solely by company management

This support will be provided only after internal verification and approval by company authorities.

The above support will NOT be applicable if the accident occurs due to:

Alcohol or drug consumption
Negligence, carelessness, or violation of safety rules
Unauthorized work or disobedience of supervisor instructions
Personal health conditions or misconduct

The company’s decision in such matters shall be final and binding.

सेवाओं में शटरिंग, मिट्टी भराव, तकनीशियन एवं मजदूर आपूर्ति शामिल है।
BR & G कोई रियल एस्टेट डेवलपर नहीं है।
सेवा निष्पादन सहमत कार्य-सीमा और साइट की स्थिति पर निर्भर करता है।
ग्राहकों को साइट और परियोजना की सही जानकारी प्रदान करनी होगी।
निर्धारित समय पर साइट एक्सेस उपलब्ध कराना ग्राहक की जिम्मेदारी है।
कार्य-सीमा में किसी भी परिवर्तन की सूचना पहले से देनी होगी।
ग्राहक पक्ष से होने वाली देरी के लिए BR & G जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
ठेकेदारों को साइट नियमों और सुरक्षा निर्देशों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है।
साइट पर शराब या नशीले पदार्थों का उपयोग सख्त मना है।
सभी श्रमिकों के लिए वैध पहचान पत्र अनिवार्य है।
सुरक्षा उपकरणों का उपयोग अनिवार्य है।
BR & G शून्य-दुर्घटना नीति को बढ़ावा देता है।
ग्राहकों को सुरक्षित कार्य वातावरण सुनिश्चित करना होगा।
आपातकालीन प्रक्रियाओं का पालन अनिवार्य है।
भुगतान सहमत चरणों (माइलस्टोन) के अनुसार किया जाना चाहिए।
अग्रिम भुगतान की आवश्यकता हो सकती है।
भुगतान में देरी होने पर कार्य रोका जा सकता है।
कर भारतीय कानून के अनुसार लागू होंगे।
रिफंड कार्य की प्रगति पर निर्भर करेगा।
पारदर्शिता हेतु रिपोर्ट उपलब्ध कराई जाती है।
ये रिपोर्ट वैधानिक प्रमाण-पत्रों का स्थान नहीं लेतीं।
मौसम या फोर्स मेज्योर के कारण समय-सीमा प्रभावित हो सकती है।
ऐसी देरी के लिए BR & G जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
वेबसाइट की सामग्री BR & G की बौद्धिक संपत्ति है।
अनधिकृत कॉपी या उपयोग प्रतिबंधित है।
ग्राहक जानकारी गोपनीय रखी जाती है।
ठेकेदारों को ग्राहक डेटा का दुरुपयोग नहीं करना चाहिए।
नियम उल्लंघन पर सेवाएं समाप्त की जा सकती हैं।
सेवा समाप्ति के बाद भी बकाया भुगतान देय रहेगा।
BR & G अप्रत्यक्ष या परिणामी नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है।
कंपनी की जिम्मेदारी सेवा मूल्य तक सीमित होगी।
विवादों को आपसी सहमति से सुलझाने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।
इन नियमों पर भारतीय कानून लागू होगा।
हरियाणा न्यायालयों का क्षेत्राधिकार होगा।
किसी एक नियम के अमान्य होने से अन्य नियम प्रभावित नहीं होंगे।
ये नियम पूर्ण समझौते का निर्माण करते हैं।

6A. कार्य के दौरान दुर्घटना

BR & G Contractor Construction Service मानक सुरक्षा प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करता है, फिर भी निर्माण कार्य में स्वाभाविक जोखिम शामिल होते हैं।

किसी भी कर्मचारी, मजदूर, तकनीशियन या ठेकेदार की लापरवाही, असावधानी या सुरक्षा निर्देशों के उल्लंघन से हुई दुर्घटना, चोट, विकलांगता या मृत्यु के लिए कंपनी कानूनी सीमा से अधिक किसी मुआवज़े के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।

6B. शराब, नशा एवं प्रतिबंधित पदार्थ

कार्य समय के दौरान या कार्य स्थल पर शराब, नशीले पदार्थों या किसी भी प्रकार के नशे की स्थिति सख्त प्रतिबंधित है।

नशे की स्थिति में हुई किसी भी दुर्घटना या नुकसान के लिए कंपनी किसी प्रकार की चिकित्सा सहायता या मुआवज़े की जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेगी।

6C. व्यक्तिगत जिम्मेदारी एवं स्वास्थ्य

सभी कर्मचारियों की यह जिम्मेदारी है कि वे चिकित्सकीय रूप से कार्य के लिए सक्षम हों। पहले से मौजूद बीमारी से उत्पन्न समस्याओं के लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।

6D. नुकसान, अनुशासनहीनता एवं लापरवाही

ग्राहक की संपत्ति, औजार या सामग्री को नुकसान पहुंचाने पर संबंधित व्यक्ति स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा।

6E. स्थायी रोजगार की कोई गारंटी नहीं

ठेकेदारों, तकनीशियनों एवं मजदूरों की नियुक्ति परियोजना आवश्यकताओं पर आधारित होती है। स्थायी रोजगार की कोई गारंटी नहीं है।

6F. कानूनी क्षेत्राधिकार

सभी विवाद भारत के न्यायालयों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में होंगे।

दुर्घटना की स्थिति में कंपनी सहायता

यदि दुर्घटना कंपनी की सिद्ध गलती या लापरवाही से होती है, तो सीमित सहायता निम्न प्रकार दी जा सकती है:

तत्काल प्राथमिक उपचार एवं आवश्यक दवाइयाँ
अस्पताल खर्च अधिकतम एक (1) दिन तक
कंपनी प्रबंधन द्वारा तय मुआवज़ा

उपरोक्त सहायता केवल आंतरिक जांच और अनुमोदन के बाद दी जाएगी।

निम्न स्थितियों में सहायता लागू नहीं होगी:

शराब या नशे की स्थिति
लापरवाही या नियम उल्लंघन
अनधिकृत कार्य या आदेश अवहेलना
व्यक्तिगत स्वास्थ्य समस्या या अनुशासनहीनता

इन मामलों में कंपनी का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा।
